Children & Youth Fund hosts Listening & Learning for lawyers working with children

The Community Foundation’s Children and Youth Fund provides grants to local agencies that serve children and youth in Tompkins County. In order to make the most strategic and effective grants, we hold periodic Listening and Learning sessions to gather information from community members and stake-holders about the problems, obstacles, and solutions that exist in our community.
If you are an attorney whose work touches the lives of children and young people in our community, you are in a unique position to help us identify the vast array of needs facing children, including social, emotional, and medical issues that may be unseen by us.
We are inviting you, as our guest, to an informational lunch meeting in which we hope to identify the unmet needs that exist. Your input would be valuable to help us identify problems that we may be able to help solve or mitigate.
