Join our guest, Heather Campbell, Executive Director, Advocacy Center of Tompkins County, for a 30 minute conversation on the work to increase safety and reduce the trauma for those impacted by domestic and sexual violence. Continue the conversation from the Women’s Fund Celebration to learn more. During the past 18 months of the pandemic, women have been disproportionately affected, becoming more isolated and less safe. Relationships, employment, school, daycare and services were all disrupted by the pandemic. We all have a role in building a safe and healthy community for everyone.
Learn how to respond to this community problem, requiring a community solution. How can we create change? Given the stresses of last year and the ongoing recovery from COVID-19 pandemic, learn along-side others. All of this with ongoing work to build a more racially just society. You will have an opportunity to ask questions.
