Women’s Fund Educational Workshop: Is It Imposter Syndrome or Is It Racism?

Guest Speaker:Kenya Crawford (she/they/name), M.A., Ed.M, LMHC, a licensed psychotherapist and racial equity consultant, creates healing and liberating spaces to dismantle oppressive systems. 

Is It Imposter Syndrome or Is it Racism?
Participants will deepen their understanding of the impacts of racism on women of color in the workplace. The participants will gain knowledge on imposter syndrome, workplace racial trauma, and the various elements of white supremacy culture within the workplace. Participants will leave with actionable steps to continue the journey towards dismantling the presence of white supremacy culture and its impacts in contributing to systemic racism.
